The character does something no camera can film in the first second, then dresses you for where you're going. One story runs from the ad to the cart. This page shows what the first examples prove, what the full pilot looks like and what we need to decide.
Ad A · Levitation · stand-in character, real Ajjaya garments
Built in one morning. These use a stand-in character until we have Ari's real one. The garments are Ajjaya's own stock.

One reference sheet keeps the same face, hair and build across every shot and model.

KAIROS robe, AMTAL shirt and drop-crotch pants, generated from the product photos. The trim and colour match the stock.

Seedance 2.5 opens on the impossible image in frame one. The earlier Veo test was not good enough.

The line lands word for word with captions burned in. Still open: the accent, and whether the glowing eyes stay.
Every ad follows the same 17-second shape. Only the Miracle, the hook line and the look change.
The Miracle is already happening. No intro, no logo, no build-up.
Captions carry the line; most people watch muted.
Every garment on screen is a product you can buy.
Hook lines come from Ajjaya's Facebook comments. Nothing invented.
The click picks up the exact shot the ad ended on. Inside, the Miracle is how you choose. Mockups below, built from the sampler stills.

Opens on the Miracle. The button reads “Find my look”, not “Shop now”.

Same character, same light. He's waiting by the fire on ajjaya.com.

Short clips answer the top doubts from the comments, in his voice.

He spins once and lands in a full outfit, so the offer turns into one tap.
Three pieces, offer applied. Triple Whale tracks the whole path.
Each Miracle sells something real about the clothes. Each one is shot once and used twice: in an ad and inside the experience.
He rises off a cliff mid-meditation, robe floating, stones orbiting.
One turn, and he lands in the full three-piece look.
A white shirt; flowers and roots seep their colour into the cloth.
A seed drops, hemp shoots up and twists into the trousers he's wearing.
The print on his shirt spins open into a doorway he steps through.
Misty forest; an owl lands on his shoulder, a deer follows.
Out: deity imagery, Indigenous patterns used as costume, and wings.
Every Miracle gives us its strongest frame as a static, for carousel and retargeting. That's no extra shoot and about USD 0.10 an image.
The text here is generated inside the image. Final statics get set type in the brand font.
Claude runs the pipeline: comment mining, scripts, generation, stitching and edit files. Philip picks the takes and finishes. Ari's review speed sets the pace.
Comment on any of these in the rail. The highlighted option is Philip's recommendation.
